Can I compare samples in person?
Yes. Visit the North Vancouver showroom to compare stone samples and ask about colour samples to take home. Please call before travelling to confirm current hours.
What affects the quote?
The material, layout, edge details and site access all affect the scope. Discuss fixtures, backsplash and any removal work so responsibilities are clear.
Is plumbing included?
Arrange a plumber or appliance installer after the stone is installed. Agree removal and reconnection responsibilities with the team before scheduling.
Where do you work?
North Shore Stone Works identifies North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Vancouver as service areas. Call to discuss a project outside these areas.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on material availability and project details. The team discusses the schedule after quote acceptance and confirms installation arrangements as fabrication progresses.
Can the old countertop be removed?
Removal can be discussed as an additional service. Agree the existing-counter and plumbing scope, charges and responsibilities before installation.
Can I select an individual slab?
After quote acceptance, the team can discuss the arrangements for selecting slabs at a wholesaler or viewing purchased slabs at the company yard. Confirm what applies to your chosen stone.
